Yes. We support private labeling on spools, cartons and reels. Custom packaging (your logo, part number, barcode, language) is available from 1,000 m per SKU. Artwork files in AI / CDR / PDF are preferred.

Absolutely. We routinely sign mutual NDAs before reviewing drawings or harness designs. Your files are stored on an internal server with restricted access and are never shared with third parties.

Yes. Every standard wire has a product datasheet (conductor DC resistance, insulation thickness, voltage, temperature, flame test). For OEM orders, we provide a First Article Inspection Report (FAIR) and periodic test reports upon request.

Yes. Send us a 1–2 m sample and we will reverse-engineer the construction (stranding, insulation material, wall thickness, color) and provide a matched quote within 48 hours.

Standard colors: black, red, white, yellow, green, blue, brown, orange, grey, violet. Custom Pantone / RAL colors available. Surface printing (part number, AWG, voltage, UL marking) in hot-stamp or ink-jet.

• Incoming (IQC): raw copper, insulation compound, connectors.
• In-process (IPQC): conductor OD, insulation wall thickness, spark test, high-pot test.
• Final (FQC): AWG, resistance, voltage withstand, color, labeling, packaging.
• Outgoing (OQC): AQL sampling per order before shipment.

Every spool passes a spark test (pin-hole detection) during extrusion and a hipot / dielectric withstand test before packing. Conductor DC resistance is tested per ASTM B8 / IEC 60228. Optional tests include insulation resistance, tensile strength and elongation.

Contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and the lot number. We will either replace the defective batch free of charge or issue a full refund — including return shipping. Every shipment is covered by our quality guarantee.

Yes. We welcome pre-shipment inspection by SGS, BV, Intertek or your appointed inspector at our factory. Inspection reports can be issued before final payment and shipment.

• Sample orders: 100% prepaid (PayPal, T/T, credit card).
• OEM / ODM orders: 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment (T/T, L/C at sight).
• Long-term partners: open account terms (NET 30 / NET 60) after credit review.

Wire is packed on plastic/wooden spools (100 m, 305 m, 500 m, 1,000 m) or in coils. Export cartons with moisture-proof wrapping. Shipping via DHL / FedEx / UPS (express, 3–7 days) or sea freight (25–40 days). FOB Shanghai / Shenzhen.

Yes — qualified OEM buyers receive free samples (up to 10 m of standard wire, or 2 pcs of a harness). You only cover the shipping cost. Sample orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days.
